The Degustories project combines a passion for food with ecological principles or science. Visitors will discover the complex world of gastronomy. Through the exploration of the processes of growing, preparation and conscious consumption of food, they will discover new tastes and techniques, but also gain a new perspective on how to think about food.
The festival emphasises food recycling, reducing the carbon footprint or perceiving food through the process of mindfulness. Tastings of food from different cultures across Europe or around the world are enriched with workshops and creative experiences that develop awareness of sustainable cooking and the link between culinary and environmental responsibility.
