The no-parking rule on Palackého Street will start on Friday, June 21, at 14:00. The street will be closed to traffic from Friday, June 21, at 18:00 until midnight on Saturday, June 22. Traffic will resume without restrictions afterward.
Trenčín 2026 is coordinating traffic restrictions with the Regional Traffic Inspectorate and communicating with local businesses. If you have a parking permit for this zone, you will receive an email from the Mobility Department of the Trenčín City Office before the event with information about alternative parking options.
You can park your vehicle in the parking garage on Palackého Street until 18:00 on Friday, June 21. Cars can remain parked there throughout the event, with the exit allowed only after the traffic closure ends, i.e., after midnight from Saturday, June 22, to Sunday, June 23.
Parking alternatives: Visitors will be able to use alternative parking at the area of swimming pool, on the street Mládežnícká or in adjacent parking lots.
Public transport: Within Trenčín, you can reach us by public transport connections from every corner of the city – No. 1, No. 2, No. 6, No. 8.
Connection No. 6 from Záblatie will be strengthened by one more connection at 10.08am.
We invite people to attend the event using local public transport, on foot, or by bicycle. Bicycle parking will be available at the stands near the Piarist Gymnasium and additional ones opposite the parking garage. Cycle parking spots on the street will also be usable.
