After the successful Korzo Palackého, we are once again joining forces with the Trenčín na korze project to bring another street to life. Get ready for Korzo Soblahovská!
For one day, the street will open up to people – neighbors, friends, and visitors. Instead of cars, it will be filled with conversations, delicious food, music, and pleasant gatherings. Join us and experience what Soblahovská can look like when it belongs to everyone.
When and where?
📅 Saturday, May 24, 2025, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (road closure from Friday, May 23, 6:00 PM to Saturday, May 24, 11:00 PM)
📍 Soblahovská Street in Trenčín (from the intersection with 28. októbra Street to the intersection with Inovecká Street and adjacent inner blocks)
Why Soblahovská?
Soblahovská Street is one of Trenčín’s key urban arteries, but today it primarily serves cars. Its proximity to the Dlhé Hony and Juh housing estates, community centers, and the marketplace makes it an ideal candidate to become a vibrant public space. With the upcoming revitalization of this area, we have a unique opportunity to showcase what Soblahovská and its surroundings can become when we prioritize people.

Transportation and restrictions
During the event, this section of Soblahovská Street will be closed to traffic. We encourage visitors to come on foot, by bike, or use public transport. Information about detour routes and alternative stops will be provided in advance.

The event is part of the flagship project “Mesto pretvorené” within the European Capital of Culture Trenčín 2026. The event is co-organized by Trenčín na korze.
