Coordinator for the Creative Partnerships for Primary Schools Project
We are looking for a colleague to join the exciting Creative Partnerships for Primary Schools project, which is part of the New Generation of Creative Leaders program. The project is implemented by the organization T-Tudok from Hungary, which has many years of experience with this initiative.
The goal of the project is to bring art, creativity, and creative learning into classrooms and curricula. When working with students in classrooms, the artist remains an artist and the teacher remains a teacher. The program does not provide art education. Instead, the artist and the teacher work together to transform existing curricula of specific subjects into more interactive and creative teaching methods that encourage student engagement and critical thinking.
Applicant Requirements:

Good coordination and communication skills, reliability, empathy.

Availability to collaborate with the assigned school in Trenčín and the artist.

Knowledge of Slovak language (English language skills are an advantage).

Openness to innovative teaching methods.

Interest in art and culture.

Teaching experience is an advantage.
Your Role:

Coordinate relationships and processes between the teacher, the artist, and the organizing institution

Support artists and teachers in adopting creative teaching methods.

Build and support relationships between project participants.

Timely submission of project documentation.
-
Connect the project with the school’s challenges and seek opportunities for improvement.

Organize meetings and complete tasks related to project management.

Basic compensation of min. €200/month

Job Location and Duration:
Duration: September 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026.
Working week: approximately 8 hours (project-based).
Location: Trenčín (collaboration with an assigned primary school or classroom in Trenčín).
Working language: Slovak and English
More Information:
The project will start in May with a preparatory training in Trenčín, where you will receive all necessary information.
Preparatory Training:

May 13, 2025 (2-day training in Trenčín).
The training will be in English, but interpretation will be provided.
Accommodation and travel costs are covered by the organizers.
